We currently only ship within the US. We are working on adding more countries as the business grows.
Each bikini is handmade with love. You should expect 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed and made before shipping. This time frame depends on stock availability, and high or low volume order times. Please email barenativewear@gmail.com if you have concerns.
Return & Exchange Policy:
You may EXCHANGE most new, never worn items within 30 days of delivery.
Remember that each bikini and other clothing product is handmade by our small team – patterns and stitching will differentiate slightly from piece to piece.
To make an exchange, please first email barenativewear.com with the subject line EXCHANGE, along with this information: reason for exchange, and which product you would like to exchange for. If the bikini does not fit and you would like to exchange it for the same bikini of a different size, specify this in your email. We'll send back the correct size free of charge!
We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Offers & other discounts are subject to adjustment due to cancellations and exchanges. If you truly simply do not like the item you purchased, ship it back to our return address via your own method, and shoot us an email titled RETURN with your order number. We will refund your purchase amount once we've received and processed the returned item.
When shipping from the US, you can ship via First Class Mail, which is usually around $3 and takes 7-10 days to arrive. You may use any shipping method you prefer. Ship to:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
